Welcome to Already Her! By purchasing or accessing this program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

1. Program Overview

Already Her is a self-paced online training program focused on mindset transformation and energy alignment.

This program is delivered entirely online through pre-recorded materials, digital workbooks, and downloadable tools.

2. Access & Delivery

After your purchase, you’ll receive access to the program materials via our online portal or email delivery system.

Access is for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed to others.

You'll have continued access to the program for as long as it is offered by Spark Coaching, which we anticipate maintaining for a minimum of 1 year. Spark Coaching will provide reasonable advance notice if the program is ever discontinued.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments for Already Her are final. Because this is a digital, self-paced program, no refunds, cancellations, or credits are available once access has been granted.

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. By enrolling in the program, you authorize Spark Coaching to charge the payment method provided according to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to complete all payments does not cancel your payment obligations, and you remain responsible for the full program fee.

Access to the program may be suspended or revoked if payment obligations are not met.

4. Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. By enrolling in the program, you authorize Spark Coaching to charge the payment method provided according to the agreed payment schedule.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials within Already Her — including videos, audios, workbooks, text, and graphics — are the exclusive property of Spark Coaching.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without express written permission. Spark Coaching reserves the right to terminate your access without refund if you:

- Engage in abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior in any related community spaces

By participating in any Spark Coaching program, service, or offering, you agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Indiana.

11. Venue

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the programs, services, or materials provided by Spark Coaching shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Hamilton County, Indiana, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
