Spark Success Academy Online Program – Terms of Purchase

By completing your purchase, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms with Spark Coaching (“Service Provider”):

1. Program Access

You will receive six (6) month's of access to the Spark Coaching membership portal containing pre-recorded training videos, a PDF workbook, and other resources.

You are entitled to six (6) monthly live Q&A calls within your six (6) month's from enrollment.

Spark Coaching may observe holidays, vacation periods, or otherwise adjust the schedule. Such adjustments will not reduce the total of six (6) calls you are entitled to.

After 6 month's, access to live calls will end unless you purchase an additional subscription.

2. Program License and Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Program materials for your personal or internal business use only.

You may not:

* Share login details with others,

* Copy, reproduce, or distribute Program content,

* Resell or transfer your Program access.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

All program purchases must be paid in full unless a payment plan option has been selected at checkout. By enrolling in the program, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in accordance with the selected payment plan.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the program, portal, live sessions, Telegram support, and associated materials until the account is brought current.

Selecting a payment plan is a commitment to complete the full payment amount, regardless of participation level, usage, results, or completion status of the program.

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where prohibited by law.

4. Rescheduling and Missed Calls

If you cannot attend a live call, recordings (if available) may be provided at Spark Coaching’s discretion.

Missed calls cannot be rescheduled or carried forward beyond the 6 months Program period.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Spark Coaching programs are intended for personal growth, mindset education, and self-development purposes only. These programs, materials, coaching sessions, meditations, and support services are not therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or medical treatment, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health or medical condition.

Participation in Spark Coaching does not replace licensed therapy, psychological care, medical advice, or professional mental health support. If you are experiencing significant emotional distress, mental health concerns, trauma, or medical issues, you should seek support from a qualified licensed professional.

Results from participation in Spark Coaching programs will vary from person to person and depend on many factors, including individual circumstances, effort, consistency, commitment, and application of the material. Spark Coaching does not guarantee any specific financial, business, relationship, health, personal development, or other outcomes.

Any testimonials, examples, success stories, or personal experiences shared through Spark Coaching are provided for illustrative and educational purposes only. They are not intended to represent or guarantee that any current or future participant will achieve the same or similar results.

By participating in any Spark Coaching program, service, or offering, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, results, health, wellbeing, and personal outcomes.

6. Termination

Spark Coaching reserves the right to terminate your access without refund if you:

* Engage in abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior,

Spark Coaching reserves the right to terminate your access without refund if you:Share, distribute, reproduce, record, copy, or resell any program materials, portal content, recordings, worksheets, meditations, or coaching content without written permission

Share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access to the program or portal

Engage in abusive, threatening, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior toward Spark Coaching, its team members, or other participants

Repeatedly violate communication boundaries, including misuse of private messaging or support channels

Disrupt the experience, safety, or integrity of the program community

Use the program or its content for unlawful purposes

Misrepresent yourself, your identity, or your intentions within the program

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations.

7. Force Majeure

Spark Coaching also reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or discontinue portions of the program, live sessions, support services, or content due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, emergencies, technical failures, internet outages, acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen events (“Force Majeure Events”). In such circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternative access, rescheduling, or equivalent content where possible.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By participating in any Spark Coaching program, service, or offering, you agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Indiana.

Venue

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the programs, services, or materials provided by Spark Coaching shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Hamilton County, Indiana, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
